Forest School Fun!

We have had lots of fun at Forest school over the past few weeks.

In our first week, we created art with mud paint, looked for bugs and super worms, swung in the hammock and tree swing, played with our forest friend animals and bounced them in our giant parachute and had a tasty marshmallow as our snack, it was delicious!

In our second week at forest school, we had lots of fun exploring our outside area. We planted Lavender, wild flower seeds and bulbs for the spring time. We made herb soup and salad in our cafe, tried to throw the pine cones into the buckets, made wands, swung on the swing and hammock again and tried juicy watermelon as our snack.

This week, we had so much fun at forest school again, on the menu in the mud cafe were herb soups and chocolate cakes, we used our hammers and art skills to make signs for the forest school area, swung on the rope swing and hammock which we always love and hid with our forest animals in the den. We finished the session with some yummy hot chocolate and lots of pears from our orchard that we picked ourselves.

We all love forest school in Hawking class and cannot wait for next week's lesson!
