We had a special visitor in school last week who came to talk about their religion. Yazi told us about growing up as a Muslim living in Skipton, traditional clothing people may wear and some of the key religious festivals like Ramadan and Eid-al-Fitr.
The children had the opportunity to have a go at Arabic writing, creating intricate henna designs and trying on the traditional clothing Yazi brought. Everyone also had the opportunity to make and eat chapatis with Yazi.
