Colours

We have been very busy exploring colours in Byrd Class. We have been using powder paints to create new colours to paint with and we have even put the powder into our water trays to see what would happen (it was like a magic spell!) and we have been using what we have learnt about colour mixing with powder paints inside at our self-service painting area to mix some lovely different shades of colours. We then looked at a painting technique called pointillism "making pictures using dots" to create some of our own art work. We have been tryingvery hard to sign our art work with our name to show that we are the artist.
