Last week we became problem solvers when a golden ore (a cube) had been dropped off the side of a cliff (the table). We needed to safely get the ore back ontop of the cliff before time was up. The children discovered they couldn't use their body to pick up the ore. They created pulleys and worked as teams to scoop up the ore and carry it to the cliff top.
We learnt the vocabulary:

- pulley
