Our first topic for the Spring Term was Art.
We honed our painting techniques, concentrating on using different tools to add texture to our work and making conscious choices about colour.
We learnt about primary, secondary and tertiary colours and how to use different parts of the colour wheel to produce different moods and atmosphere in our paintings. Mrs Curzon only let us have red, yellow, blue, black and green paints so we had to mix our own hues and think carefully about it!
