Following consultation with the school council and the parent forum, there will be a slight change to the school uniform from September 2022.
Key stage 2 children will no longer be required to wear a shirt and tie and will instead be asked to wear a white polo shirt. The school uniform will therefore be:
Black shoes, white polo shirt, Sharow school navy jumper/cardigan, navy or dark grey skirt, skort or trousers. Blue gingham dress or dark grey shorts in the summer
As we encourage our Reception children to spend their learning time exploring the environment, which very often includes mud, sand, paint and water, the children in reception can wear either a white or navy-blue polo shirt.
PE Kit:- Blue shorts, plain white t-shirt, socks, pumps, trainers (for outdoor use). Navy tracksuit bottoms and Sharow school navy jumper (winter uniform). Hair must be tied up and no jewellery to be worn.
FOSS (Friends of Sharow School) regularly hold preloved uniform sales where you can buy good quality school uniform at minimum cost.
