We had a fantastic day at Fountains Abbey on Tuesday. We couldn't of asked for nicer weather!
We had great fun exploring the Abbey ruins and discussing the uses of each of the rooms. The children were so inquisitive and loved asking more about how or why something happened.
It was fascinating learning about how life was like in the Abbey for the monks. The children will be able to recall some of the things they have learnt.
