Interlocking Balances

In PE this half term we are focussing on dance. In our first week we focussed on practicing standing and floor static balances. This week we started to work with a partner!

Our first challenge was to imagine we had a mirror between us. This meant our balances had to be exactly the same.

Our next challenge was to move between balances in the same way as our partner.

Our final challenge was to create an interlocking balance in a movement sequence. This meant that we had to be joined with our partner but the catch was we couldn't touch eachother. Take a look at the pictures to see how we did.
