Last night the Year 2's camped on the school field. They enjoyed spending the night with friends, walking to the woods to create clay faces on tree trunks and crafting some wands from sticks they found. After our adventures children got cosy in pyjamas and enjoyed a hot chocolate and a custard cream before bed. Later we had a couple of shows then brushed our teeth. We all got comfy in our sleeping bags and had a lovely nights sleep.
In the morning we woke up bright and early. The children got ready, packed up their things and headed to breakfast club for a special breakfast surprise. There were some lovely things like watermelon, yoghurts and toast. Some of us even tried some interesting concoctions...
