PE - balancing on a line

Over the past few weeks in PE we have been practicing balancing on a line walking forwards and backwards. We challenged ourselves to lunge along a line with minimal wobble too!

This week we got the benches out and were excited to practice our balancing stance on a bench. We started off practicing our stances with feet shoulder width apart and arms out to help balancing. Some of our friends were very kind and supported us until we were confident.

To add an extra challenge we stood with beanbags in hands and balanced whilst having a small force (someone giving a gentle tug on the beanbag). Everyone did an excellent job at remembering their stance and remaining balanced.
