Only One You

On Thursday morning, the whole school set up Anti-Bullying week activities. In Class 1, we shared the picture book "Only One You" by Linda Kranz. We discussed the "wisdom" in the story and talked about how everyone is different in lots of different ways. After this, we decorated our own fish. We looked at fish from the story for inspiration and chose our favourite bits of different fish to create our own individual and unique fish. At the end, we looked at all the unique fish that we had created and shared positive comments about each others creations. We realised that not one fish was the same- just like us! "There's only one you in this great big world... make it a better place"
