Tropical World!

We had a wonderful time at Tropical World yesterday and discovered lots of information regarding the different animals and the habitats that they live in. We understand that habitats are places where animals and plants live. The plants and animals - including humans - in a habitat need each other to survive. Most things live in habitats to which they are suited and different habitats provide for the basic needs of different kinds of animals and plants.

The children took their time to look at the different habitats and could answer questions about why these different environments provided the specific things that each animal needed.  With so many animals to look at - which one was your favourite and why?

Wonderful behaviour and manners throughout the whole visit... well done Beethoven class!
